Doray Minerals Limited (ASX: DRM) is a Western Australian gold and copper producer operating the Deflector Gold Copper Mine 450km north of Perth. The mine is expected to produce approximately 62,500 ounces of gold and 2,600 tonnes of copper in the financial year ending 30 June 2018.

Recent near mine exploration has been successful in identifying Da Vinci – a new discovery immediately north of Deflector. The mineralisation characteristics at Da Vinci are similar to the Deflector Western Zone. Work is ongoing with the aim of generating a Resource capable of being evaluated for inclusion into the mine plan to supplement production from Deflector.

Doray also owns the Andy Well Gold Mine and surrounding Gnaweeda tenements approximately 45km northeast of Meekatharra. The Andy Well deposit was discovered by Doray in 2010. The Project commenced production in August 2013, and produced over 300,000oz through to the end of October 2017. The Andy Well Gold Project was transitioned to care and maintenance during November 2017. The Andy Well Mine and Gnaweeda tenements retain a combined Mineral Resource of over 800,000 ounces of gold, and the Doray Board and Management are assessing the options going forward for these assets.
